Confidentiality

  • Report any concerning behavior to the event organizers immediately.

Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment and Discrimination

  • This includes but is not limited to verbal or written comments, unwanted physical contact, and unwelcome sexual advances.

Disruptive Conduct

  • Refrain from engaging in any illegal activities during the event.

Reporting and Enforcement

Reporting Violations

  • Participants are encouraged to report any violations of this Code of Conduct to the event organizers.

  • Reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Consequences

  • Participants found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the event and future events.

  • The organizers reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary to ensure the safety and integrity of the event.
