Updating Billing Information

Log into Your Account:

  • Go to the Circle.so login page and enter your credentials to access your account.

  1. Navigate to Account Settings:

    • Once logged in, click on your profile picture or initials located in the top right corner of the screen.

    • From the dropdown menu, select “Account Settings.”

  2. Access Billing Information:

    • In the Account Settings menu, find and click on the “Billing” tab or section. This may be labeled differently depending on your specific community's configuration.

  3. Update Payment Method:

    • In the Billing section, you should see an option to update your payment method.

    • Click on “Update Payment Method” or “Change Payment Method.”

    • Enter your new billing information, such as credit card details or other payment methods supported by Circle.so.

  4. Save Changes:

    • After entering the new payment information, ensure you save the changes.

    • There should be a “Save” or “Update” button to confirm the changes.

  5. Verify Changes:

    • Once updated, you may receive a confirmation email regarding the changes to your billing information.

    • Check your email to ensure the changes were successfully processed.
