Updating Billing Information
Log into Your Account:
Go to the Circle.so login page and enter your credentials to access your account.
Navigate to Account Settings:
Once logged in, click on your profile picture or initials located in the top right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select “Account Settings.”
Access Billing Information:
In the Account Settings menu, find and click on the “Billing” tab or section. This may be labeled differently depending on your specific community's configuration.
Update Payment Method:
In the Billing section, you should see an option to update your payment method.
Click on “Update Payment Method” or “Change Payment Method.”
Enter your new billing information, such as credit card details or other payment methods supported by Circle.so.
Save Changes:
After entering the new payment information, ensure you save the changes.
There should be a “Save” or “Update” button to confirm the changes.
Verify Changes:
Once updated, you may receive a confirmation email regarding the changes to your billing information.
Check your email to ensure the changes were successfully processed.
